The counter argument here is that CP \nshould only be given to clear cases (there are many) and if there is any\n degree of uncertainty other sentences could be used (if/till certainty \nis reached). People do need to observe \nactual justice carried out and if not, a variance of complications \narise.There are cases where victim's families, unsatisfied by the \ncourts, take the matter into their own hands, causing additional \ncrimes/injustices."}},{"id":"ZxHC1q5l-y","type":"paragraph","data":{"text":"Why would one who took someone else's right to all the blessings of life get to experience a good/great deal of them?
